I offer in home massage with the option of Deep Tissue or Energy Work enhancements, in 60 and 90 minute increments. 

My therapeutic massage is a full body Swedish massage with limited Deep Tissue techniques in one focus area for a 60-minute session and two to three focus areas for a 90-minute session.

Swedish massage is meant to promote circulation and relaxation. 

Deep Tissue massage is a technique, not a pressure level.

If you have a specific area that needs a direct focus, a Deep Tissue enhancement will be beneficial. The session is customizable. Depending on the needs of a client, sometimes it’s a session of only upper body. Or in other cases, it may be skipping arms and feet to focus on hamstrings and lower back. If you want a full body massage and one or two deep tissue focus areas; a 90-minute session would better suit your needs.

You receive the full hands-on session time that you purchased.
